Integrated Working, a FREE workshop -
putting the child at the centre of all services.

Integrated Working is when everyone supporting children and young people, works together effectively to put the child at the centre, meet their needs and improve their lives.
What does Integrated Working mean for you and your organisation? CWDC are hosting three national events for practitioners and managers and leaders. We particularly want to encourage those who provide services to children, young people and their families in the voluntary, community and faith sector to attend.
The aim of these interactive events is to hear about and share experiences of integrated working in order to influence the national agenda and to shape future CWDC work plans.
A variety of workshops will be offered to meet the wide-ranging needs of delegates. These will include:
- Managing Integrated Teams
- Evaluating Teams around the Child
- Involving the Third Sector in Integrated working
- Introduction to Integrated working
- Changing Cultures
- Budget Holding Lead Professional
- Challenges and barriers in Integrated working
In the afternoon all delegates will be given the opportunity to take part in fast-paced sharing and networking groups to raise and discuss matters of interest with fellow professionals.
Further information for voluntary, community and faith sector delegates
CWDC recognise that the voluntary, community and faith sector play an important role in helping children, young people and families achieve the Every Child Matters five outcomes. We believe it is vital that the sector is equipped with the right knowledge and information to continue to make such a positive contribution to the lives of so many.
We would welcome volunteers, paid practitioners, managers and committee members from the voluntary sector to attend, as well as those voluntary sector partners who may simply want to know more about Integrated working and what it means for them. |
Please follow the navigation on the left for programme and venue information.
*This event is being delivered together with the East Midlands Regional Learning Project and therefore may differ slightly from the Leeds and London events.
